Hey Foodie! Thanks for trying my orange burfi. A couple of suggestions:- the thinner you slice the orange peel the better. And the less you have of the white membrane the better. - the original recipe calls for 2 cups of sugar, as mentioned in my post. I used only one because we prefer things less sweet. The consistency of the sugar syrup plays a big role on how firm the burfi is. See the pictures here - those were not made by me but made from my recipe.Hope this helps!
