Mango, Radish and lime salsa

Here is another salsa from
my favorite list of salsas.
This one has ripe mango , red radish,
red onion etc.

It goes like this:

2 mangoes, peeled, pitted and cut into small pieces
1 red onion, chopped
6 red radishes, chopped,
1 handful fresh cilantro leaves
Salt to taste
chili powder to taste
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tbsp lime juice

Mix everything together and chill for half hour in the refrigerator and serve with tortilla chips or with tacos.

Radishes in a salsa. Interesting. Will try this when my radishes are grown.

Thanks for the idea of adding radishes to the mango salsa, that will definitely bring another texture with crunch and a little heat. Nice.
