I had no idea that hot peppers had so much vitamin C! Sad for me, because I can't handle the heat! Anyway, great post.

WOW.....great idea for Papaya aachar.......And salad is very healthy.
I like your cheapness...my mom have lots of old jars. I like your three color pickle. It is looks very colorful with nice taste of garlic and onion.
